Melanie Moore – Founder, Moore People
I founded Moore People in 2014 to offer something many recruitment firms have lost: a genuinely personal, headhunter-level service where every search is handled with care, expertise and real insight.
With over 25 years’ experience in recruitment, I bring energy, deep networks and a passion for connecting the right people with the right organisations. I’ve had the privilege of supporting organisations including Honda, Oxfam, Vodafone and the NHS, helping them secure talent that strengthens teams and delivers results.
My passion for employability lead to working with Shaw Trust and the National Careers Service where I coached individuals back into work. I have also worked with schools, universities and charities, supporting individuals with employability skills such as writing CVs, interivew techniques and job searching.
Alongside leading Moore People, I serve as Vice Chair of the CIPD Kent Branch and Communications Lead, staying closely connected with the HR and people community.
Great recruitment changes organisations - and careers. The right person can transform a team, stregthen performance and move a business forward. The wrong hire, can cost financially, however, impacting far more on productivity, team morale and organisational disruption.
If you are looking for a recruitment partner or a career coach who takes the time to understand your needs and priorities a personal approach, I would be delighted to speak to you.
